Welcome to the Client Security Fund Web Portal

You are eligible to apply to the Client Security Fund if:

  • You filed a grievance against your attorney that resulted in a disciplinary sanction.
  • Your attorney is deceased.
  • Your attorney has been disbarred or resigned from the practice of law.

You are not eligible to apply to the Client Security Fund if:

  • You filed a grievance against an attorney and your grievance was dismissed (unless it was dismissed because your attorney is deceased, disbarred or has resigned from the practice of law)
  • Your attorney is in good standing and you have not yet filed a grievance against the attorney.
  • Your grievance is still pending.

To submit an application, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "CSF Application for Relief" link on the right menu.
  2. Complete the form and click Submit Request button.
  3. Any required supporting documents can be faxed directly to the CSF portal at 512-427-4239.

  4. The Client Security Fund Administrator will notify you regarding the status of your application. For questions regarding your grievance you may call 1-877-953-5535.
